Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Ivory & Silk will take place on the dispatch of the product/products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in Canceling an Order.
When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an email confirmation to you that we have dispatched a product/products to you (the "Dispatch Update Email"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Update Email to you for the product/products dispatched. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed via the Dispatch Update Email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of, but not limited to, one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock or parts out of production
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a product pricing or product description error
- The identification of a shipping price error
Should your item not be in stock we will place it on back-order - if on back-order please allow between 10 to 28 days for delivery.
Any date or period for delivery will be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Deliveries to remote or rural addresses may take longer to deliver. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by any third party.
Unless we agree otherwise your order will only be made to the address of the person who is the holder of the credit or debit card used to purchase the products.
You bear the risk once the products have been signed for/delivered.
You will inspect products within a reasonable time after their receipt and you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you notify us in accordance with our Cancellation Policy that you want to cancel your order or you notify us in accordance with the paragraph below (Faulty Goods) that the products are faulty. If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose and may not accept any rejection or cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.
Items faulty at the point of sale
Any item that was faulty at the point of sale may be returned for free repair, replacement or refund, provided you have the original receipt or alternative proof of purchase and the faulty item is returned complete with all components.
Please return the original and complete packaging.

We have taken great care to present our product, in digital form, as true to actual colour as possible. However, computer monitors vary widely, and one colour may not appear identical from one monitor to the next.
A green will probably never appear blue, but it may be difficult to tell the difference between a blue-green and a turquoise and in some cases a black from a dark blue. Some images may also appear darker or lighter than the item will actually be in real life. If a colour is of importance to you, please contact us and we can describe it in greater detail.
Please note that calls to us may be monitored or recorded.
In the interests of safety we advise that, if any of your goods are intended for children, they be supervised at all times. In the unlikely event that a piece breaks, the beads or crystals may become a choking hazard and wire can have sharp ends. We accept no responsibility for injury caused by the destruction or misuse of these items.
